If you want the most unprofessional dental experience of your life, go to Pinole Dental. What should have been a routine exam and cleaning ended up being a total waste of time and money. One month later, my new dentist states "the x-rays are totally useless and it doesn't look like your teeth were cleaned. There's significant plaque build-up." I should have known something was wrong when a dentist wasn't even present when my teeth were cleaned and I was given an unnecessary injection of antibiotics by a dental assistant.
I called the parent company, Bright Now in Santa Ana, and was told their District Manager would be calling. I'm still waiting.
Pros:
Cons: The office staff are as bad as the dental staff.
